About Ever Medical Spa & Wellness
Ever Medical Spa & Wellness is a high-end, patient-centered medical aesthetics clinic specializing in injectables, skin rejuvenation, and non-surgical cosmetic treatments. Our mission is to help clients look and feel their absolute best — using advanced technologies, customized treatment plans, and a genuine, client-first approach. We’re growing and looking for a talented Laser Technician or Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about skincare, results-driven treatments, and creating beautiful transformations, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced treatments such as IPL, laser hair removal, skin tightening, and RF microneedling (training provided if needed)
- Conduct detailed skin analyses and customized treatment consultations
- Perform facial and skincare services including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling
- Recommend home care regimens and medical-grade skincare products
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Provide excellent patient care and create a welcoming, luxury experience
- Assist in content creation for social media or educational events (optional)
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Esthetician or Certified Laser Technician (Michigan license required)
- Experience with medical-grade skincare and advanced devices (minimum 2 years of experience)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A passion for beauty, wellness, and patient education
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability for some Saturdays

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a skilled, passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to bring their expertise and artistry to our team. What You’ll Do
- Perform injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox, Xeomin), dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, and PDO threads
- Provide facial assessments and customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
- Administer advanced non-surgical treatments (microneedling, laser, RF, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, etc.)
- Deliver exceptional patient education and post-care support
- Document accurately in EMR systems while maintaining high safety and compliance standards
- Contribute to social media content and team education initiatives (if desired)
What We’re Looking For
- Active Michigan NP/RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on injectable experience (3+ preferred)
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and the aging process
- Warm, approachable bedside manner with a true passion for aesthetics
- Confidence working independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team
- Weekend availability (some Saturdays)
